CSR

The assumptions that underlie the corporate social
responsibility concept
are a permanent part of ROBYG Group’s strategy.
Residential development is a unique area of business activity – its impact on the society is significant. The newly built buildings change the images of entire districts. Therefore,
ROBYG is of the opinion that development of a project means so much more than just
an erection of a building.
New development is a part of a larger organism which is the city and that is
why the project needs to fit perfectly into its surroundings. A competent developer
and ROBYG Group is one – starts to plan its new investment precisely
with an analysis of its impact on the direct environment, district and the city
itself.

To ROBYG, the Corporate Social
Responsibility is much more than just responsibility for the company’s actions
– it is an opportunity to build a better future. The word “build” is of key importance – the company
focuses its CSR operations predominantly on the area where it has the know-how and
experience.
This, in turn, translates into the best social benefits.
Therefore, the core of the Group’s operations is free of charge development of
infrastructural projects for particular districts and cities
–an example of this is Odolany Park in
Warsaw’s Wola District.

At the same time, ROBYG is involved in activities aimed at integrating local communities – the company is a patron,
sponsor or an organiser of numerous cultural and sports events.

The main areas of ROBYG Group’s CSR operations and its
selected examples:

Parks located in cities are places for relaxation, leisure and active ways of spending free time. They are
needed to help maintain balance between nature and the activity of a man – they are green enclaves in the
urban landscape. ROBYG Group which specialises in navigating in the city architecture, knows well that a key
element of each investment is the proximity of parks.

FOUNTAINS IN WILANOW – 2015

Each district is recognised by unique places it offers. They are locations where local friendships are
created and where families with children spend their free time. The existence of such places in close
proximity is very important, therefore ROBYG constructed a complex of two
illuminated fountains in Wilanow District,
which, especially during the night, underline the special
feel the district has and are a natural meeting point. Multi-colour fountains are adored by the local
residents and proudly represent this part of Wilanow.

CHARITY MATCH “POLISH ARTISTS VS. FRIENDS OF
THE POMORSKIE HOSPICE FOR CHILDREN” [“REPREZENTACJA ARTYSTÓW POLSKICH VS. PRZYJACIELE POMORSKIEGO
HOSPICJUM DLA DZIECI”] – 2014 AND 2015

Pomorskie Hospice for Children [Pomorskie Hospicjum dla Dzieci] which has
been operating since 2008 provides a 24-hour care for patients at home. The foundation provides medical,
nursing and psychological as well as social support. Unfortunately, the financing received by the
organisation covers only 38% of its costs – the hospice must raise the remaining part of the funds on its
own. In order to support Pomorskie Hospice for Children, a charity football
match was organised at the PGE Arena Stadium in Gdańsk between Polish Artists [Reprezentacja Artystów
Polskich] and the Friends of Pomorskie Hospice for Children [Przyjaciele Pomorskiego Hospicjum dla
Dzieci].
During the event money was collected for the benefit of the hospice. ROBYG Group, as one of the friends of the hospice, was involved in the sponsoring of the football match.
