A successful first half-year for ROBYG. The group has increased its sales and is preparing for further real estate developments

The ROBYG Group is consistently meeting its sales and operational targets, increasing the number of units contracted in the first half of 2026 and launching new developments, including in the Tri-City and Wrocław. During the reporting period, ROBYG secured contracts for 1,280 properties, representing a 25% increase compared with the same period last year, and signed over 1,250 preliminary and development agreements, recording a 31% y/y increase. In addition, nearly 300 reservation agreements were concluded (a 14% increase y/y) which are soon to be finalized as development agreements. During the period under review, the Group handed over approximately 620 units to customers, representing a 33% increase y/y. In the second quarter alone, ROBYG secured contracts for 660 properties (27% y/y increase), signed over 600 preliminary and development contracts (a 6% y/y increase) and handed over 335 properties, representing an 18% y/y increase. Over the past 12 months, ROBYG has secured contracts for over 2,800 flats. The Company, which successfully debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in early July, will strive to achieve the contracting of approximately 2,800-3,000 units in the short term (in 2026), and approximately 3,800-4,000 units annually in the near future.

In the first half of 2026, the Group commenced work on new developments and launched further phases of existing projects for sale, offering a total of nearly 800 new residential and commercial units. The portfolio was expanded to include, amongst others, the Villa Viva development in Wrocław, Pas Startowy in Gdańsk Zaspa district, Dobre Miejsce at 120 Pucka Street in Gdynia, the next phase of the Początek Piątkowo development in Poznań, and a new batch of flats as part of the Nowa Wałowa development in Gdańsk being built to the ROBYG Grand Selection standard.

– Even before our debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, we regularly presented both our financial and sales results, demonstrating to our clients and partners that ROBYG operates in a transparent and predictable manner. Our presence on the stock exchange extends this responsibility to our new shareholders, who have placed their trust in our strategy. At the IPO, we set out specific medium- and long-term growth objectives, and we are consistently adhering to them. Further expansion of our operations, the selective expansion of our land bank and the maintenance of investment discipline remain key priorities for us. We remain committed to quality, modern solutions and the quality of life for residents. We believe we have the potential to gradually increase our market share, whilst maintaining our strategic development priorities in the most promising urban areas and the mid-range segment – comments Oscar Kazanelson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ROBYG S.A.

At the beginning of July, ROBYG S.A. successfully made its debut on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, returning to the Polish capital market as one of the country’s leading property development groups. The value of the Initial Public Offering amounted to PLN 1.178 billion, whilst the total gross proceeds from the issue of new Series B shares and Series C shares subscribed to by selected individuals holding key positions within the Company amounted to approximately PLN 402 million. These funds are intended to support the Group’s further development, in particular the expansion of its land bank and the implementation of further residential projects.

– We have clearly defined targets for 2026 and are consistently implementing our sales and operational plan. In the first half of the year, we launched new developments, expanded our offering in key markets and prepared the next phases of our projects. We are also gradually entering the Kraków market, where we see significant potential for growth. We are looking forward to a strong second half of the year, supported by our previous investments in land banks and the new projects we have launched. As one of Poland’s leading property developers, we want to continue providing our customers with high-quality homes in well-designed and attractively located developments – said Eyal Keltsh, President of the Management Board of ROBYG S.A.
