ROBYG Group accepts the resignation of Ms. Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board

ROBYG Group received notice of the resignation of Ms. Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board. The reasoning for the resignation was Personal private reasons, unrelated to the Company, Ms. Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek served on the Company's Supervisory Board since June this year and, during that time, served as a Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

The Supervisory Board and the Company's Management Board accepted Ms. Rzońca-Bajorek's resignation and thanked her for the contribution she made to the work of the Company's supervisory bodies during her term of office. Following her resignation, her duties in the Audit Committee will be taken over by another independent member of the Supervisory Board. The Company will inform of any further changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board in future announcements.

At the same time, I sincerely regret that a professional with such extensive business experience and expertise will no longer contribute to the work of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
